In 2005 our family moved to Simpson county from Bowling Green, Kentucky, where Kelly grew up. We moved with an established herd of commercial RedAngus and purebred RedAngus cattle.

As a family, we value working together and working for each other. It takes everyone to run the farm, and everyone has a job, whether its hay feeding, checking cows, doing paperwork, or doing the dozens of other tasks required. 

Lessons learned, not only in school but also in spiritual application, are important to us so that our children grow in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. When not homeschooling, many of our kids can be found on the farm either feeding, fixing fence, or doing the other day to day operational tasks.

We recognize that we would not be were we are today, if it was not for our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We are so thankful that it is because of Him that we are able to raise cattle together as a family.
